What we collect

• Details you submit in our enquiry form: your name, clinic or hospital name, phone number or email address, and the service you are interested in.
• Basic technical data needed to serve the website securely.
• Anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed, the referring website, country and device type, collected by Vercel Web Analytics. This uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about. We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. We do not sell your data.

Where we store it

Enquiries sent through our form are stored in a Google Sheet in our own Google account, which only our team can access. A copy of each enquiry may also be emailed to our team inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or as required by law, and then delete it.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before.
